- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@theperfumestoreinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
- Safely pack the item to ensure it is protected during transit.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely return of the item.
- Refunds will be issued for the product cost only and do not include the original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- Gift returns will be issued as store credit or a gift card.

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Paypal, Afterpay, Klarna and Apple Pay.
Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars.
